I founded The Invincible Female because women deserve coaching that actually works. No quick fixes. No starvation plans. No workouts designed to wreck you. Just intelligent, targeted training for women 35+ who refuse to accept that their best years are behind them.

With 10+ years in the industry and specialist training in postpartum recovery and biomechanics, I cut through the noise and focus on what matters: strength you can use, mobility that keeps you moving, and habits that hold up under real life - kids, work, stress, all of it.

I’ve lived this myself. Bodybuilding, Muay Thai, running, yoga, paddleboarding, three pregnancies in four years — I know what it feels like to push, to break down, to rebuild, and to demand more from your body in every season.

That’s the foundation of my coaching: practical, evidence-based, and adapted to real life. I help women build strength and capability they can rely on, not just for a season, but for the long run.
