As the founder of The Invincible Female, my mission is to raise the standard of women’s coaching by moving beyond quick fixes, punishing workouts, and diet culture. I help women 35+ build lasting strength, mobility, and resilience - so they feel confident, capable, and in control of their bodies at every stage of life.
With over a decade in the fitness industry, I’ve trained with some of the world’s leading movement specialists. I’m a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist under Dr. Sarah Duvall and a Biomechanics Specialist under Connor Harris - qualifications that allow me to combine science, strategy, and practicality to help women thrive.
Outside of my professional qualifications, my own training journey has been rooted in curiosity, exploration, and joy. From bodybuilding to Muay Thai, Running to paddleboarding, CrossFit to yoga, chasing my kids around the park and hiking mountains with them on my back, I’ve experienced the power of movement in its many forms - and I bring that passion into my coaching, empowering women to train in ways that build not just strength, but also freedom, confidence, and fulfilment.
